You may think it’s weird to make a cool treat for Halloween, but in Florida, our daily temps are still reaching the 80’s and 90’s!

The good news about these Candy Corn Popsicles is that if you hate candy corn, you can still enjoy them. These are actually candy corn free and just are made to LOOK like candy corn!

  • 2 ounces vanilla ice cream about 1/3 cup
  • 3 ounces pineapple crushed

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients and 2-ounce popsicle molds.
  • Pour 1/2 ounce of vanilla ice cream into each mold then place in freezer for at least 10 minutes or until set.

Notes

Run some water over popsicle mold for about 10 seconds for easier removal of popsicles.
Coconut milk is a great substitute for ice cream in this recipe to make it vegan.
