One of my all-time popular posts is one on How to make Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse at Home. I think a lot of people like this recipe because it can be customized with whatever proteins and veggies you want and satisfies a craving that usually costs way more.
This recipe is my copycat for Kobe’s Yum Yum Sauce, which is something like what you see the cooks at Kobe’s put on their grill tops before cooking the food.

[…] Yum Yum sauce – is a recipe I made based on watching the cooks at Kobe’s Pasta – you could use a narrower pasta like Linguettine or Bavette also. Fettucine is too wide a noodle. (You could really use whatever you have if you want) […]
This is not yum yum sauce. Yum yum sauce is a pinkish white sauce used for dipping steak, shrimp & veggies in.
You may be right I guess that’s just what I refer as the secret stuff they put on the grill or hibachi, but I do have a recipe for that white sauce and it’s also linked on the post. Thank you so much for checking out my blog!
Glad you posted this. My friend is always eating at the i drive kobe in orlando. It’s a bit of a hike for me from Lakeland to get to any of the Kobe’s restaurants but I love their noodles. It is expensive to eat there though. I’m going to give this a try tonight.
Thanks, Brandon. Hope it turned out yummy!
