Kobe Japanese White Sauce (copycat recipe)

This is the homemade Kobe’s white sauce recipe that I serve alongside my Kobe’s copycat dinner recipe. We do purchase the sauce from the restaurant whenever we visit, but we devour it so quickly making it from ingredients we already have is a huge help!

Kobes White Sauce (copycat)

Sometimes this sauce is referred to as ‘yum yum sauce’ but I call it the Kobes white sauce recipe. And you know what? It is honestly really easy to whip up. I can almost guarantee you have every ingredient on hand, too.

I tweak the Kobe white sauce recipe sometimes to add more of a kick, but overall it tastes pretty close to what they serve at the hibachi restaurants. Be sure to refrigerate any remaining sauce and use within a week. It’s even great over salads!

If you are interested in the ginger sauce they serve, I would highly recommend this brand you can order on Amazon.
