Vegetable Flatbread Pizza

Choose your favorite toppings and make this quick flatbread pizza instead of giving in to the greasy stuff and waiting an hour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 flatout bread slice
  • .25 cup tomato sauce
  • .25 cup onion diced
  • .25 cup green bell pepper sliced
  • .25 cup mushroom sliced
  • .25 cup cheese shredded, I use an Italian 5 cheese mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place flatbread onto baking sheet. Spoon tomato sauce onto center and spread out, leaving about an inch around the flatbread without sauce. Add all your toppings.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted (this step is optional as you can eat it cold, too).
  • Remove from the oven and let it set for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
