Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Kale fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • Black pepper ground
  • cayenne pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a baking sheet by topping with aluminum foil.
  • Roughly chop kale leaves and remove any leaf spines.
  • Toss into a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and peppers (to taste).
  • Pour seasoned kale onto prepared baking sheet and spread out to ensure it's a single layer.
  • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until your kale leaves are dehydrated and crispy.
