Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Easy gluten free peanut butter cookies with just 3 ingredients. I'm sure you already have them and these will be done in a flash.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Drop an ice cream scoop worth of cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Be sure to space them a couple inches apart. Mark criss-cross pattern on top of each cookie with a fork.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack, and go keep busy with something else or you'll gobble them up!
