Honey Mustard Breaded Chicken Tenders

How to make breaded chicken tenders by using seasoned mayonnaise instead of eggs. A great substitute if you are low on eggs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast tenderloins about 6-8 pieces
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Sweet & Smokey Rub
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey mustard, with spices. On a separate plate, pour bread crumbs for coating chicken.
  • Prep chicken tenders by patting dry.
  • Fully coat chicken tenders in seasoning mixture.
  • Cover each piece of chicken with bread crumbs.
  • Place chicken tenders in a baking dish, making sure to avoid crowding of protein to maximize crispiness.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
