Coquito drink

Coquito Receta Boricua

Traditional Puerto Rican drink, coquito, is made with coconut and milk with a splash of white rum.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz evaporated milk
  • 15 oz cream of coconut
  • 13.5 oz coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups white rum
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut I used the canned version that it in heavy syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon ground

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Store in glass bottles or mason jars and keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.

Notes

This recipe will make a little over 2 liters. Enough to store and taste test, too ;) Suggested serving size is about 6 ounces.
