Cayenne Pepper Kale Chips
Spice up this popular health food snack by adding ground cayenne pepper. Enjoy a boost to your digestive system!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale fresh
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- Black pepper ground
- cayenne pepper ground
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a baking sheet by topping with aluminum foil.
- Roughly chop kale leaves and remove any leaf spines.
- Toss into a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and peppers (to taste).
- Pour seasoned kale onto prepared baking sheet and spread out to ensure it's a single layer.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until your kale leaves are dehydrated and crispy.
