Creamy Papaya Sorbet Recipe

Banana Papaya Sorbet

Hey guys! I Hope you are doing awesome! Today’s recipe is something I put together based on an early morning craving. This definitely will be a treat I would make again for a “dessert” even though it’s pretty good for you.

I know it’s November and most of you are probably thinking a sorbet is not appropriate, but I’m in Florida and when I made this is was going to be an 80 degree day!

I used my Nutribullet to make this sorbet, but any blender will do.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk*
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen papaya chunks
1/2 cup frozen banana slices
1 tbsp Trader Joe’s organic virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp agave nectar
Small sloces of papaya for garnish

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. It’s okay if some pieces of fruit stay in chunks!

The result is a couple servings of creamy sorbet that’ll have just a hint of coconut flavor. This was SO good!

If you try my recipe, I’d love for you to share it with me!
