Food diary day 8

During the month of September, I will be sharing a daily food log.

Breakfast: Coffee, duh!

Lunch: Maruchan ramen noodles and I’m sorry but I didn’t take a picture.

Dinner: I made Mac and cheese for Jazlynn and Ruben but I didn’t feel like having chicken. Instead I made a veggie burger and topped it with the bit of macaroni that was left and crispy onions. It sounds like I pigged out, but the calories were super low for the day.

Snacks: When I got home from work I snacked on a bit of carrots.

Total calories in today: 703 according to Noom

I also went for a 30 minute walk in the evening. Felt great!
