During the month of September, I will be sharing a daily food log.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal, a smoothie, and a banana. I actually had the smoothie mid-morning so it was more of a snack.
Lunch:
I had a late lunch at work and I think it caused me to get a migraine… But I’m not totally sure if that’s why I got it. I ate a Lean Cuisine snack pizza. I read for a few minutes before getting back to work.
Dinner:
For dinner I made flounder and ate it with some pasta I tossed in some olive oil, tomatoes, and avocado. It was good and I barely could eat the whole thing.
Total calories in today: 932 according to Noom
