There are many food holidays celebrated around the globe. In the United States, July 1st is National Ginger Snap Cookie Day. This toffee is a fun and festive way to get your gingersnap fix. White chocolate adds richness to this dessert, and sprinkles adorn the top. This recipe does require two hours to chill, but is a cinch to pull together.
