Today is National Chinese Take-Out Day and I’m taking a moment to share the best Chinese food spots in Orlando.
#1 on the list is one we’ve ordered from for at least 15 years – Cheng’s Chinese Restaurant on S. Semoran Blvd. Though they have had some changes in owners and staff, the food remains satisfying. It is a family favorite and they have many positive Google reviews from long-time customers in Central Florida who feel the same. Their top food items are their fried rice and egg rolls – no other Orlando Chinese restaurant compares.
#2 on the list is Chirico Fast Food on Curry Ford Rd.: If you are a fan of Puerto Rican style Chinese then this is the spot for you. They have been in business for decades as well and known for their flavorful dishes. This place reminds my family of Chinese restaurants in Puerto Rico, which usually have their own spin on some dishes, such as adding Spam Ham cubes to fried rice.
#3 on the list is China Star on Curry Ford Rd. It is not surprising they currently have a 4.2 star rating on Google. They are best known for their consistency in great food. If you are a lover of NY style Chinese takeout, then this is the spot for you.
