I’ve been working on this recipe for a few weeks and really wanted to get it JUST RIGHT for you guys. Remember that tasting I did at Miller’s Ale House earlier this month? Well today’s recipe is a copycat of my favorite thing I had; the Chopped BBQ Chicken Salad!
My last recipe was a Black Bean Corn Salsa and that is actually part of this recipe, too. So if you haven’t checked it out, go ahead and click here for that. If you’ve already got that recipe, then continue reading for the rest of what you need to complete this Chopped BBQ Chicken Salad copycat recipe.
Quick note: Because the salad is currently part of their All-American Summer Fest menu, I would HIGHLY suggest you go to an Ale House location near you to try the real thing! If you don’t happen to have one locally, then I urge you to try my recipe, which in my humble opinion is the next best thing!
