During the month of September, I will be sharing a daily food log.
Breakfast: Coffee, a couple times.
Lunch: for lunch I made a late breakfast… Wheat toast and a couple eggs I attempted to poach. I will need to get some tools before I get that right! Lol but they tasted great!
Dinner: I made crab cakes for the first time and they were the bomb dot com. I will share the recipe with you soon.
I had them with spicy mayo.
Snacks: a banana early in the day.
