During the month of September, I will be sharing a daily food log.
Breakfast: My daily serving of coffee accompanied by toast.
Lunch: We attended the later service at our church and I was so hungry by the time it was over. With little discussion, we decided to go to Wing Stop. I’ve reviewed them in the past here.
I had my usual: a 6 piece combo with Hawaiian and Louisiana Rub wings. 3 of each flavor, not both mixed – they don’t do that. Fries come with this and we also ordered yeast rolls. Seriously read the review I linked above for more info.
It was the worst thing that could happen to my calorie counting self. Oh well! …I think.
Dinner: skipped
Snacks: I’m a fatty, but I ate some more ice cream tonight. The good news is I’ve finished the pint so there’s no more left!
Total calories in today: 1114 according to Noom
