During the month of September, I will be sharing a daily food log.
Breakfast: At first I just had a cup of coffee and made breakfast for Ruben and Jazzy, but after a couple hours I was motivated and hungry enough for a meal and made this:
This time, I did use agave instead of syrup and it was really good.
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: Pollo guisado (simmered chicken) with rice and corn.
(I cook it with the skin for flavor, but don’t eat it)
Snacks: Ben & Jerry’s Pistachio Pistachio ice cream.
