Banana Papaya Smoothie

I feel as though my recipes have included a lot of liquids lately, but lately I’ve been trying to consume more foods this way.

It’s cleansing, it’s tasty, and there are SO many possibilities (BTW I’m collecting them here)! Sometimes I put veggies in my smoothie like spinach or kale, but yesterday I just wanted a fruity pick me up instead of coffee. I mean why not, right?

I liked this recipe because it was creamy and not too sweet. And did you know just a 1/4 cup of oats supplies your body with 96% of all the managanese (a dietary mineral) it needs?

Will you be trying this Banana Papaya Smoothie? Let me know how it turns out!
