Kobe’s Yum Yum Sauce (copycat)

One of my all-time popular posts is one on How to make Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse at Home. I think a lot of people like this recipe because it can be customized with whatever proteins and veggies you want and satisfies a craving that usually costs way more.

This recipe is my copycat for Kobe’s Yum Yum Sauce, which is something like what you see the cooks at Kobe’s put on their grill tops before cooking the food.

This is not yum yum sauce. Yum yum sauce is a pinkish white sauce used for dipping steak, shrimp & veggies in.

You may be right I guess that’s just what I refer as the secret stuff they put on the grill or hibachi, but I do have a recipe for that white sauce and it’s also linked on the post. Thank you so much for checking out my blog!
