Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a baking sheet by topping with aluminum foil.
  2. Roughly chop kale leaves and remove any leaf spines.
  3. Toss into a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and peppers (to taste).
  4. Pour seasoned kale onto prepared baking sheet and spread out to ensure it's a single layer.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until your kale leaves are dehydrated and crispy.
