So of course I’m looking forward to a fitter me – I know that’s way cliche, but truth is I just want to accomplish something epic with my body and it’s appearance. I want to make a huge commitment and just get it done.
In my house, it is still just me that fasts, while Ruben and Jazzy eat normal foods (that I still prepare).
To help me stay on track, I’ve created a weekly meal planner for us and I’m sharing it with you for free 🙂
