My go-to breakfast

It’s really hard for me not to think breakfast in the morning takes too much time.

But breakfast is really such an important meal. I have honestly found starting my day on the right track has helped me make better food decisions throughout the day.

If you feel like you don’t have enough time in the AM, I challenge you to try this quick breakfast and see how you feel about it.

I love battling the texture of oatmeal with a crunch like chopped walnuts, but the possibilities for additions is really endless. Try: diced apples, raisins, granola, cranberries, strawberries, or bananas.
